FAQ13: Drop or pass/fail after the last date

QUESTION:
Can I drop or pass/fail a class beyond the determined date?

ANSWER:
Students are not normally allowed to declare a pass/fail or drop a class beyond the specified date. Any student who has extenuating circumstances and wishes to declare a pass/fail after the last day to declare pass/fail in a term or to drop a class after the last day to drop in a term will be referred to the Director of Academic Services for evaluation. Upon review, the Director will determine if an exception will be made.
